Any and all attendees and participants at the annual Issaquah Burgers, Bikers and Babes motorcycle rally understand there is always risk and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Issaquah XXX Rootbeer Drive-In, Virginia Mason Medical Center, Staples, The City of Issaquah and the Thundering Angels Motorcycle Club their agents, employees, volunteers or persons against loss or expense including attorneys fees for property damage, theft, bodily injury or death except as may be in the case of court determined negligence on the part of the show organizers.
